Sustainable Human Resource Management (HRM), has the potential to facilitate organisations development of principles, policies and practices for challenges 21st century. However, do this we argue a fundamental element in process yet be fully addressed incorporated into theory practice sustainable HRM; is employee voice. Additionally, actual role trade unions facilitating voice conceptualised within HRM literature. We that effective mechanisms vital implementation maintenance HRM. In conceptual paper, outline nature architecture, impact employment relationship on mechanisms, how it can effectively measured, propose framework further exploring these concepts. These key factors identify as critical implementing assessing effectiveness between HRM, potentially serve basis future research
